🐾Charity Donations

As previously briefly mentioned, we are partnered with WildTomorrow Fund to support their mission on helping endangered animals across the world. They operate in a number of ways to do so:

Supplies & Equipment

State-run reserves are struggling to keep wildlife safe with equipment that is either worn-out, broken or non-existent. Through our donations we can provide these reserves with the tools needed to protect rhinos, elephants, lions and all the other animals living in the wild. We have already helped support rangers with new boots which they were thrilled with as some of the rangers had not had new boots for 12 years!

In-Field Conservation

Sometimes the only way to keep animals safe is through human intervention. This includes, for example, attaching tracking collars to wild dogs, drawing blood from elephants, or dehorning rhinos before the poachers do. In an ideal world we wouldn’t play any part in wild animals lives, but until things get safer, it’s the only way. We already with our first pledge assisted in the funding of a soft enclosure for an African Wild Cat which was required before it could be re-released into the wild.

Research

Scientists in South Africa are committed to conservation-focused and meaningful in situ field research. Working in areas of high biodiversity and endangered vegetation types, our ecologists use scientific research to guide conservation management and aid in species recovery programs.

We as a project are thrilled to be able to make such a real life impact across our mint and future endeavours of the project. At certain milestones across the mint, donations will be completed and evidence of such can be found through our twitter and discord. WildTomorrow Fund also update us with progress of the areas of donations which is great to see for us and the community.
